FREE Arts & Craft Activity for children and their grown ups.

Cambridge Junction programmes regular family theatre, dance and circus. Join us for one of our FREE pre and post show, drop-in arts and craft ‘Hands on Happenings’ sessions in the Cambridge Junction foyer. These creative craft activities, led by professional artist, Sandra Scott are themed to tie in with the family shows that you will be seeing on stage.

Hands on Happenings will be available an hour before the show and 30 minutes after the show. The sessions do get very busy, so early arrival is advised.

"We absolutely loved it and my daughter has hardly stopped singing 'I love hazelnuts' - she thinks it's the funniest song in the world." Audience member, Gulbenkian

"It was fun, whimsical, funny, entertaining, well written, well produced, educational and engaging." Audience member, The Egg

"A beautiful tale! Only three people on stage and a magical performance! Recommended for young children." Audience member, Trowbridge Town Hall

"The production was pitched perfectly for our children and every class was singing along and joining in with all the wonderful audience participation opportunities from the start. The children learnt all about the wonderful world of British hibernating animals. They were introduced to new, scientific words and facts that even educated the teachers too!" G. Robbins. KS1 Teacher. Millfield Prep

"Hibernation manages to be both charming and fun. What’s more, it manages to do this for both young children and their tired parents. Add in the musical accomplishment of the performers and you’ve a remarkable bijou show." David Lockwood, Director, Trowbridge Town Hall School.

"With the kind of fruit loopy performances you’d expect from Little Bulb backed by hauntingly catchy and beautiful tunes and a magical design, Hibernation was just the bed of leaves our audience needed after lockdowns and digital overload. Book it now." Kate Cross, Director, The Egg
